Ingredients
- 1 bananas chopped into large pieces and frozen overnight
- ½ cup of fresh organic blueberries
- 2 cups of organic milk
- 1 TB honey
- 2 dates chopped
- 1 TB ground honey roasted peanut butter
- 1 TSP cinnamon
Instructions
- add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
