In May after Top Chef Boston episode 5 wrapped up filming, I met Tom Colicchio who was sitting outside The Commanders Mansion in Watertown. Good Dude! About five months later I made an OpenTable reservation at Tom Collichio’s Craft in NYC. We started with the American Wagyu Cullotte (aka a damn good steak) and the Shortribs (melt in your mouth incredible) and finished with the best doughnuts I’ve ever eaten, the Sugar & Spice Doughnuts with Passion Fruit Caramel & Fudge Sauce. From savory to sweet, Tom Colicchio’s Craft was Earth shattering good. Five Stars.
