Nutella Rice Krispie Treats

I love rice krispie treats and I love nutella, so why not combine the two?!; The result is nutella rice krispie treats. My nutella rice crispy treats were sweet, chewy, crispy, with a touch of hazelnut chocolate, and a white chocolate drizzle on top. Give it a try 😃

Ingredients

½ stick of butter
1 10 oz bag of large marshmallows
⅛ teaspoon Salt
⅓ cup Nutella
6 cups Rice Krispies
1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
5 ounces, weight white Chocolate Melted

Instructions

Melt ⅔ of butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add large marshmallows and salt and stir until melted. Halfway through the melting process, add Nutella. When Nutella and marshmallows are melted, add the rest of the ⅓ of butter and stir until smooth.
Meanwhile, melt white chocolate over a double boiler until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool quite a bit.
Add Rice Krispies to a large bowl and fold in the Nutella mixture. When it's almost all combined, add mini-marshmallows to the bowl, then continue folding until everything's combined.
Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray and immediately press mixture into the thoroughly greased pan. Drizzle semi-sweet chocolate in zig-zags all over the top of the treats.
Allow to set, then cut into squares.
