Pan Fried Salmon with Lemon and Dijon

This pan fried salmon is simple to make and mouth-watering delicious. Add asparagus, and you have one flavorful, filling dinner.
Ingredients
- two pieces of salmon about one inch thick
- whole lemon
- 1 TB fresh thyme
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 TB Dijon mustard
- ½ Tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- asparagus
- 1 TB olive oil
Instructions
- Make a sauce of lemon juice, crushed garlic, dijon, fresh thyme and salt and pepper
- Heat up olive oil in pan medium heat
- Add salmon skin side down and ladle sauce on top of fish
- Add asparagus to pan
- Lower heat to medium low and cover pan.
- Check in about 6 minutes, and make sure fish is cooked to 145 degrees.
- Fish is done in about 6-10 minutes total time.
