Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp
- 3 tb olive oil
- 2 cups sliced cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup pesto
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ cup cooking water
- ½ cup parmesan
- 1 bag of al dente Bonnetti pasta
Instructions
- In a skillet, saute the shrimp in olive oil. Add cherry tomatoes, Stir in pesto and salt. Cook pasta for 5 minutes. Before draining, ladle ½ cup cooking water into skillet. Add drained pasta and parmesan. Season liberally. Serve hot or room temperature.
