White chicken chili is tasty and good for you, so I decided to give it a whirl. When I decided to add San Marzano tomatoes to the recipe, I realized this white chicken chili ended up looking more an off-white or a slightly white chicken-chili. The taste? Spicy, fresh, hearty, delicious. The results? Addicting!
Step 1: Ingredients (white beans, whole peeled tomatoes, onion, garlic, red peppers, poblano peppers, jalapeño, habanero, cilantro, lime, chili powder, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, chicken broth, and whole rotisserie chicken)
Step 2: sauté peppers, onions, garlic, spices, chicken broth, white beans, and tomatoes and see you in 20 minutes 🙂
Step 4 Last step: garnish w avocado, lime juice, crushed tortilla chips, sour cream, and shredded sharp cheddar cheese and enjoy!
I incorporated two different chicken chili recipes (recipe one and recipe two) for this dish. So get creative, enjoy!
