Ingredients
- About 20-30 Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
- ¾ to 1 Container of Fresh Spinach
- 1-2 TB of olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil on medium low
- Add cherry tomatoes and salt with half the salt, stir for 30 seconds
- Add the Spinach and the remainder of salt, stir for a minute until spinash starts wilting
- Stir often so spinach doesn't stick and tomatoes don't burn
- Turn heat to low or simmer, and let the flavors come together
- When done the sauce should be plenty of juice from the tomatoes
